As we approach our fourth month of VAT registration (time flies when you're busy!), we're preparing to submit our first VAT bill. This is a significant milestone for our business, and while I had initial concerns about VAT, it's proving to be a valuable asset. The ability to reclaim expenses on training, equipment, and consumables makes a real difference.

Most manufacturers recommend a full service every five years (refer to your boiler manual or service schedule). For example, Worcester Bosch boilers often require replacing the main heat exchanger gasket every five years (Technical Bulletin 0138).
